Linda J. Mayrand

Linda is an experienced attorney in the areas of Estate Planning, Family Law and Elder Law. Linda is often called upon by Probate Courts to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem to protect the interests of those who often do not have a voice. Her continued interest in protecting the rights of individuals has also directed her toward serving as Guardian Ad Litem before the Marital Courts.

Linda is a firm believer in alternative dispute resolution and in that regard has served as a Private and Public Mediator of family disputes. Extensive family law experience enhances her effectiveness as a Marital Mediator and has given her a reputation as a forceful advocate on behalf of her clients.
